eng New approach for stabilization of low-hapticity indenyl complexes Over the last decade, indenyl (C9H7) complexes of transition metal attracting increased attention due to pronounced acceleration of organometallic reaction and higher catalytic activity compared to cyclopentadienyl analogs. Although this phenomenon was rationalized through lower activation energy of haptotropic rearrangement of the C9H7, the prediction and design of indenyl complexes with specific chemical behavior still remain challenging. Key step for the fundamental understanding of the unusual reactivity of indenyl complexes is characterization of low-hapticity species, which may be formed during the organometallic reactions of catalytic cycles. The following post is focused on the synthesis of highly stable h3-indenyl complexes with intramolecularly coordinated nitrogen donor. indenyl; molybdenum
