Byla syntetizována řada nových N-(l-(6-fluorbenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropyl substituovaných fenylsulfonamidů jednoduchou a technologicky použitelnou kondenzační reakcí 1-(6-fluorbenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropan-1-aminu se substituovanými benzensulfochloridy za mírných podmínek. Jejich struktury byly potvrzeny spektry 1H, 13C a 19F NMR, elementárními analýzami a v jednom případě i technikou monokrystalové rentgenové difrakce. Optické aktivity byly potvrzeny měřením optické rotace. Všechny sloučeniny byly testovány na antibakteriální a antifungální aktivity metodou dvojnásobného sériového ředění. Chloramfenikol, cefoperazon a amfotericin B byly použity jako srovnávací standardní léčiva. Všechny sloučeniny byly testovány na antibakteriální aktivitu proti gram-pozitivním bakteriálním kmenům S. aureus, S. epidermidis, E. faecalis a gramnegativním bakteriálním kmenům E. coli, E. cloacae, P. mirabilis, P. aeruginosa a pro antifungální aktivitu proti C. albicans, C. glabrata a C. tropicalis. Některé sloučeniny vykazují antibakteriální a antifungální aktivitu srovnatelnou nebo mírně lepší než antibakteriální a antifungální účinnost chloramfenikolu, cefoperazonu a amfotericinu B.
eng Synthesis of substituted 6-fluorobenzothiazole sulfonamides as potential antimicrobial agens The starting compounds 1-(6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropan-1-amine (R and S optical forms) were prepared as the corresponding hydrochloride salt. A series of novel N-(1-(6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropyl substituted phenylsufonamides was synthesized by was simple and technologically applicable condensation reaction of 1-(6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropan-1-amine with substituted benzenesulfochlorides under mild conditions. Their structures were confirmed by 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectra, elemental analyses and in one case also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The optical activities were confirmed by optical rotation measurements. All the compounds have been screened for antibacterial and antifungal activities using two fold serial dilution method. Chloramphenicol, cefoperazone and amphotericin B were used as comparative standard drugs. All compounds were screened for antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacterial strains S. aureus, S. epidermidis, E. faecalis and gram-negative bacterial strains E. coli, E. cloacae, P. mirabilis, P. aeruginosa and for antifungal activity against C. albicans, C. glabrata and C. tropicalis. Some of the compounds reveal antibacterial and antifungal activity comparable or slightly better to that of chloramphenicol, cefoperazone and amphotericin B. 6-fluorobenzo thiazole sulfonamides; antimicrobial agens; antifungal activitiy; antibacterial activity
