Společnost poskytla dva typy kompostovatelných polymerních směsí na bázi kyseliny polymléčné a škrobu, rozsáhlejší specifika nebyly firmou TART, s.r.o. konkretizována. Z toho důvodu byly tyto vzorky podrobeny infračervené spektroskopii a plynové chromatografie s hmotnostním spektrometrem, pro stanovení druhotných složek obsažených v materiálu. Hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat chování a vlastnosti polymerních směsí v prostředí bohatém na mikroorganismy, tedy v kompostu. Rozsah degradace byl vyhodnocen komparací výsledků mechanických atribut testovaných vzorků, ale také jejich strukturních změn viditelných pomocí skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu.	biopolymer; mechanické vlastnosti; degradace; kompost
eng	Study of mechanical properties of commercial biopolymers concerning the effect of microbial decomposition in compost I	This paper focuses on the verification of properties declared by the manufacturer and, above all, the confirmation of the biodegradability of commercially available polymer blends of the Envira© series produced by TART, s.r.o. The company provided two types of compostable polymer blends based on polylactic acid and starch; further specifications were not provided by TART, s.r.o. For this reason, these samples were subjected to infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography with a mass spectrometer to determine the secondary components contained in the material. The main objective was to map the behaviour and properties of polymer mixtures in an environment rich in microorganisms, i.e. compost. The extent of degradation was evaluated by comparing the results of the mechanical attributes of the samples tested as well as their structural changes visible through a scanning electron microscope.	biopolymers; mechanical properties; degradation; compost
