Latexy boli syntetizované technikou emulznej polymerizácie, tento proces je ekologicky nenáročný a dokážeme nim pripraviť širokú škálu polymérnych disperzií. Ako hlavné monoméry pre syntézu latexu boli použité kyselina methakrylová, methylmethakrylát, butylakrylát a diacetónakrylamid. Počas syntézy boli do latexov pridané nanočastice oxidu zinočnatého v celkovej koncentrácií 1,5 hm%. Začlenením nanočastíc do latexu v priebehu syntézy vznikajú stabilné polymérne disperzie vykazujúce výborné fyzikálne-chemické a mechanické vlastnosti. eng Water-based binder on self-crosslinking latexes containing ZnO nanoparticles with increased physical chemical and mechanical resistance The aim of this study was synthesis and subsequent testing of physical chemical and mechanical properties of new self-crosslinking acrylic dispersions using keto-hydrazide self-crosslinking chemistry. Latexes were synthesized by emulsion polymerization, this process is environmentally friendly and we can produce a wide range of polymeric dispersions. The methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and diacetone acrylamide were used as the main monomers for latex synthesis. To the latexes during the synthesis, zinc oxide nanoparticles were added in a total concentration of 1.5 wt%. Incorporation of nanoparticles into latex during synthesis stable polymer dispersions are formed exhibiting excellent physical-chemical and mechanical properties. For comparison, the properties of the novel latexes were monitored in parallel with the properties of selected commonly available aqueous dispersions of the polymers.
