eng Microencapsulation of vitamin C and sodium chloride Liposom NaCl (common salt) with Vitamin C was prepared with using dry grinding method and the semi-permeable membrane of the liposome (microcapsules) is formed from a mixture of lecithin and hydrogenated lecithin. The core of the liposome is NaCl, Vitamin C, and other compounds that are present in the common salt. Liposomes were characterised by EMS.
