eng Surface and volume crystal growth in chosen Ge-Sb-S bulk glasses Crystal growth was studied specifically in (GeSe2)x(Sb2Se3)1-x samples using an infrared microscope Olympus BX51 with integrated camera Olympus XM10 and a heating stage THMS600 Linkam. Crystal growth was studied in temperature range from 284°C to 355°C.
