cze Syntéza 13,14-dehydro-prostaglandinových synthetických analogů: přehled Prostaglandiny (PG) jsou skupinou lipidových mediátorů s několika biologickými aktivitami. Jejich struktura zahrnuje pětičlenný kruh a dva postranní řetězce (α a ω -řetězce). Díky jejich farmaceutickým a veterinárním aplikacím bylo připraveno mnoho syntetických analogů, které jsou popsány v literatuře. 13,14-dehydroPG jsou syntetické analogy obsahující trojnou vazbu ve své kostře, jenž jim poskytuje výhodnější biologické chování. Tyto sloučeniny však vyžadují speciální přístupy pro svoji syntézu a připojení svého řetězce ω-řetězec ve srovnání s alylovým PG (dvojná vazba v poloze 13-14 číslování PG). Tento přehled má v úmyslu shrnout dostupné strategie pro zavedení ω-řetězců, když je přítomna skupina trojné vazby (v poloze C13-14). eng Synthesis of 13,14-Dehydro-prostaglandins Synthetic Analogues: A Review Prostaglandins (PG) are a group of lipid mediators with several biological activities. Their structure includes a five-membered ring and two lateral chains (alpha and omega- chains). Due to their pharmaceutical and veterinary applications numerous synthetic analogues have been prepared and are described in literature. 13,14-dehydroPG are synthetic analogues including a triple bond in their skeleton which provide them a more preferable biological behaviour. However, these compounds require special approaches for their synthesis and attachment of its omega-chain when compared with allylic PG (double bond at position 13-14 of PG numbering). This review intends to summarize available strategies for the introduction of the omega-chains when a triple bond moiety (at position C13-14) is present.
