Karbonizovaný polyanilin byl připraven karbonizací v atmosféře argonu a karbonizace byla prováděna při 650 °C po dobu 12 hodin. Jako pojivo byla vybrána epoxyesterová pryskyřice rozpouštědlového typu. Byly připraveny modelové organické povlaky sestávající z této pryskyřice a obsahující různé koncentrace karbonizovaného polyanilinu. Organické povlaky byly studovány při objemové koncentraci karbonizovaného polyanilinu 1%, 5%, 10% a 15% a při kritické objemové koncentraci zinkového prachu 67%. Korozní odolnost připravených organických povlaků byla zkoumána korozním testem v atmosféře solné mlhy a elektrochemickou technikou lineární polarizací v 1M roztoku NaCl. ziken; karbonizovaný polyanilin; povlak; koroze
eng Study of corrosion resistance of zinc pigmented organic coatings containing other types of pigments The aim of this research work was to study the anticorrosion effects of organic coatings containing carbonised polyaniline and zinc. Carbonised polyaniline was prepared by carbonisation in an argon atmosphere and carbonisation was carried out at 650°C for 12 hours. Epoxy-ester resin of solvent type was selected as a binder. Model organic coatings consisting of this resin and containing different concentrations of carbonised polyaniline were prepared. The organic coatings were studied at the pigment volume concentration of the carbonised polyaniline 1 %, 5 %, 10 %, and 15 % and at the critical pigment volume concentration of zinc dust 67 %. Corrosion resistance of the prepared organic coatings was examined through an accelerated corrosion test in a salt spray atmosphere and electrochemical technique linear polarisation in 1M NaCl solution. zinc; carbonised polyaniline; coating; corrosion
