cze Difrakční účinnost mřížky sinusového profilu Cílem této studie je porovnat difrakční účinnost difrakční mřížky se sinusovým profilem vypočítané numericky pomocí SW COMSOL a výpočty pomocí Besselových funkcí s naměřenými výsledky. Pro porovnání byla metodou ražení za tepla vytvořena difrakční mřížka s periodou 860 nm a tloušťkou přibližně 120 - 140 nm ve vrstvě As20Se80. Měřící zařízení se skládá z laserového zdroje (LED dioda), otočného stolku s nezávislým nastavením úhlu dopadu / difrakce a detektoru (fotodiody). Difrakční účinnost vypočtená pomocí Besselových funkcí uspokojivě souhlasí s naměřenými výsledky. Nejprve budou porovnány výsledky získané použitím aplikace Plasmonic Wire Grating pomocí COMSOL s předchozími výsledky. Jako další krok bude provedena simulace pomocí modulu WAVE optics COMSOL za účelem posouzení vlivu profilu a tloušťky mřížky na modelované i naměřené výsledky. difrakční účinnost; difrakční mřížka; sinusový profil; COMSOL
eng Diffraction efficiency of gratings with sinusoidal profile The aim of this study is to compare the diffraction efficiency of a sinusoidal diffraction grating numerically calculated using COMSOL with the measured results performed with a custom-made equipment and calculations using Bessel functions. A diffraction grating with the period of 860 nm and thickness of approximately 120-140 nm was prepared by hot embossing in As20Se80 layer. The custom-made equipment consists of a laser LED diode source, a rotation sample stage with independent adjustment of angle of incidence/diffraction angle, and a photodiode detector. The calculated diffraction efficiency using Bessel functions agrees satisfactorily with the measured results. Firstly, results obtained by utilization of Plasmonic Wire Grating application using COMSOL will be compared with previous results. As a next step, simulation using Wave optics COMSOL module will be performed in order to assess the effect of the grating profile and thickness on modeled as well as measured results.
