eng	Electrochemical properties of a lab-made screen-printed sensors with chemically deposited boron doped diamond electrode	Boron doped diamond electrode (BDDE) represents a promising tool for electroanalytical chemistry. In recent years, its use has been increasing due to its excellent electrochemical properties as wide available potential window, low background current, good chemical resistance, low current noise, resistance to passivation, and high hardness [1, 2]. Due to the requirement of fast monitoring of drug levels in patient’s body fluids, in addition to bulk electrodes, screen-printed electrodes (SPE) have been developed. Their main advantages consist in low price, possibility of easy mass production thanks to which they can be used as disposable sensors, in simple and tailored design, and in their applicability in smart portable analyzers or flow systems [3]. In this contribution, the electrochemical properties of lab-made SPE with chemically deposited BDDE (LM-SP/BDDE) were investigated and compared with bulk BDDE and commercially available SP/BDDE. The performed studies were focused on the width of the potential window, investigation of the voltammetric behavior of redox markers usually used for this purposes ([Ru(NH3)6]3+/4+ and [Fe(CN)6]3−/4−), and also the repeatability of peak currents recorded on both individual SP/BDDE and between multiple SP/BDDEs. The application possibilities of the tested sensors were verified in the analysis of the anti-inflammatory drug lornoxicam.
