They are essential for growing plants in today's world. Revysol® is a new product that has unique chemical and biological properties. The main active substance of this preparation is mefentrifluconazole (MFZ) from the triazole group[1-3]. In this work, a method for the voltammetric determination of this substance was developed. The determination of MFZ was performed by differential pulse voltammetry using BDDE as an working electrode. The analysis was conducted in an alkaline medium, which was Britton-Robinson buffer (pH=9) in the presence of 33% acetonitrile. Quantitative and reproducible determination of MFZ was tested in three concentrations, in particular 1,27.10-6 mol.L-1, 2,54.10-7 mol.L-1 and 5,10.10-8 mol.L-1. Results with good reproducibility were obtained. Under the proposed conditions the limit of detection was 6,54.10-9 mol.L-1 and the limit of quantification was 2,26.10-8 mol.L-1. During the analysis of the real sample, which was REVYSTAR, a problem arose, there was an admixture in the preparation that distorted the results. After odifying the method of evaluation, the influence of the interfering component was minimized to such an extent that it did not affect the determination of mefentrifluconazole.
