eng Test Compounds for Characterization of Analyte-Nanoparticle Interaction using Capillary Electrophoresis The method for the characterization of nanoparticles was developed, based on the measurement of effective mobilities of several ionic compounds with different properties (dipole moment, hydrophobicity, acid base properties). The data were obtained in basic borate electrolyte containing polyethylen glycole for stabilisation of the nanoparticles in solution. The results are reviewed and discussed with respect to the known characteristics of the nanoparticles.
