cze Nátěrové hmoty na bázi latexových pojiv s antimikrobiálními a antikorozními vlastnostmi v závislosti na mechanismu síťování a obsahu nanočástic Článek se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací vodních polymerních disperzí na bázi latexů s přidanými nanočásticemi oxidu lanthanitého (La2O3) v množství 1,5 hm. %. Latexy byly připraveny emulzní polymerací a nanočástice La2O3 byly přidány do latexů během jejich syntézy pro zvýšení korozní odolnosti v prostředí C3 a antimikrobiální účinnosti. Článek také popisuje účinek samosíťovacích mechanismů pro zajištění vysoké hemické a mechanické odolnosti, jako je ketohydrazidové síťování, reakce acetoacetoxyskupin s diaminem, samokondenzace N-methylolakrylamidu a samokondenzace 2-hydroxypropyl metakrylát. Účinnost připravených latexů byla porovnána s latexem bez nanočástic a samosíťovacího mechanismu Samozesíťující akrylátové latexy; ekologické nátěry; vodou ředitelné nátěry; nanočástice oxidu lanthanitého; antimikrobiální povlaky
eng Coating materials based on latex binders with antimicrobial and anti-corrosion properties depending on the cross-linking mechanism and the content of nanoparticles The paper deals with the preparation and characterization of water polymer dispersions based on latexes with added lanthanum oxide nanoparticles (La2O3) in the amount of 1.5 wt.%. Latexes were prepared by emulsion polymerization, and the nanoparticles of La2O3 were added to the latexes during their synthesis to increase corrosion resistance in the environment C3 and antimicrobial efficiency. The paper also describes the effect of self-crosslinking mechanisms to ensure high hemical and mechanical resistance, such as keto-hydrazide crosslinking, the reaction of acetoacetoxy groups with a diamine, self-condensation of N-methylolacrylamide and self-condensation of 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate. The efficiency of the prepared latexes was compared to latex without nanoparticles and self-crosslinking mechanism.
