cze Odstranění Acid Blue 80 z vodných roztoků pokročilými oxidačními  a membránovými procesy Práce se zabývá problematikou pokročilých oxidačních a membránových procesů a jejich průmyslovým využitím při čištění odpadních vod. Jako modelový kontaminant bylo vybráno aminoanthrachinonové barvivo Acid Blue 80 . Toto barvivo se používá k barvení vlny a polyamidu. Pro degradaci barviva pokročilými oxidačními procesy byly zvoleny reakční systémy jako Fentonova reakce, UV-C záření a UV-C/H2O2. Byla sledována kinetika rozpadu ve vodném prostředí za použití UV-VIS spektrofotometrie. Z kinetických experimentů byla porovnáním vyhodnocena efektivita jednotlivých oxidačních procesů. Pro membránovou separaci Acid Blue 80 z vodných roztoků byla zvolena nanofiltrace, kde hnací silou je rozdíl tlaků na obou stranách membrány. Při membránové separaci se vstupní proud dělí na permeát (část směsi, která prochází membránou) a retentát (část směsi zadržená nad vstupním povrchem membrány – koncentrát). Tento proces se používá při čištění odpadních vod z galvanického, textilního a papírenského průmyslu. Organická barviva lze odstranit nanofiltrací. Při experimentech byla věnována pozornost závislostem intenzity proudění permeátu za čas při různých koncentracích a celková závislost průtoku permeátu na tlaku. eng Removal of Acid Blue 80 from aqueous solutions by advanced oxidation processes and membrane processes This topic covers the issue of advanced oxidation and membrane processes and their industrial use in process and wastewater treatment. The aminoanthraquinone dye Acid Blue 80 was selected as model contaminant. This dye is used for dyeing wool and polyamide. Systems such as the Fenton reaction, UV-C radiation and UV-C/H2O2 were chosen for the degradation of the dye by advanced oxidation processes. Kinetic decay in an aqueous medium using UV-VIS spectrophotometry was studied. To compare the efficiency of individual processes a series of kinetic experiments were performed, where the effect of pH was assessed. For membrane separation of Acid Blue 80 from aqueous solutions, nanofiltration was chosen, where the driving force is the difference of pressure on both sides of the membrane. In membrane separation is input stream separated into permeate (the part of the mixture that passes through the membrane) and retentate (a portion of the mixture retained above the inlet surface of the membrane – concentrate). This process is used in the treatment of wastewater from galvanizing, textile and paper industries. Organic dyes can be removed by nanofiltration. During experiments, attention was paid to the dependences of permeate flow intensity per time with different concentrations and the overall dependence of the permeate flow on the pressure, from where we could find the ideal pressure for operation, whether the rejection is sufficient and whether this process can be affected by pH. dye; decolorization;advanced oxidation processes; nanofiltration, wastewater
