eng	Substitution of European pine for American pine in the production of pulp for sack papers	The goal of the work was the possible replacement of so-called wood chips from European Scots pine (Pinus Sylvestris) with chips from American pine (Pinus Elliottii). Batches of chips from the relevant raw materials were made in laboratory and semi-operational conditions. The cooked pulp was further tested and its properties were compared with each other for different so-called Kappa numbers. The so-called beating curves on the PFI mill were also performed.
