cze	Tvorba mikročoček na povrchu stechiometrických Ge-As-S skel přímým zápisem CW laserem	Přímý laserový zápis pomocí kontinuálního laseru emitujícího při 532 nm byl úspěšně proveden do stechiometrických (GeS2)x(As2S3)(1-x) objemových skel, kde 0 ≤ x ≤ 1. Expozice vzorků vedla k tvorbě mikročoček a mikrokráterů. Vliv chemického složení a expozičních podmínek byl studován zejména na tvorbu mikročoček za účelem vytvoření té nejvyšší. Vytvořené mikročočky a neexponovaná plocha byly charakterizovány pomocí digitálního holografického mikroskopu a mikroskopu atomárních sil, energiově disperzní rentgenové analýzy a Ramanovy a silové spektroskopie za účelem nalezení potenciálních rozdílů ve vlastnostech mezi nimi. Vytvořené mikročočky mají díky svému poloměru křivosti a ohniskové vzdálenosti potenciální využitelnost v miniaturizační optice. Zvýšení lokální teploty způsobené laserovým osvitem bylo odhadnuto softwarem COMSOL. Pro srovnání byla pomocí modifikovaného termomechanického analyzátoru studována tvorba mikročoček in-situ. eng	Microlenses formation on surface of stoichiometric Ge-As-S bulk glasses by CW laser direct writing	Laser direct writing using continuous-wave laser emitting at 532 nm was successfully performed into stoichiometric (GeS2)x(As2S3)(1-x) bulk glasses, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 1. The illumination of the samples led to the microlenses and microcraters formation. The influence of chemical composition and illumination conditions was studied especially on the microlens formation in order to create the highest one. The created microlenses and non-illuminated area were characterized with the help of digital holographic and atomic force microscopies, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, Raman and Force spectroscopies in order to find the potential differences in properties between them. The created microlenses have the potential applicability in miniaturization optics due to their radius of curvature and focal length. The increase in local temperature caused by the laser illumination was estimated by COMSOL software. For the comparison, in–situ microlens formation was studied by the modified thermo-mechanical analyzer.	CW laser; Ge-As-S chalcogenide glasses; microlens
