cze Výkon 3D tištěných kumulačních vložek Vývoj aditivních technologií vedl do bodu, kdy je možné 3D tisknout z velkého množství rozmanitých materiálů. Některé z nich jsou PLA plast obsahující kovový prach, jako měď, ocel, nebo bronz. Vytištěný objekt je těžší a dá se leštěním upravit tak, aby vypadal jako celý z kovu. Trhová dostupnost 3D tisku ho činí jednoduchým pro použití/zneužití pro prototypování improvizovaných komponentů, které jsou schopny zvýšit účinek výbušin. Tato práce je o výkonu vložek pro kumulační nálože, vytvořených z PLA filament obsahujícím měděný prach. Vložky byly studovány ve dvou geometriích, každá ve dvou tloušťkách a ve dvou různých představných vzdálenostech od cíle. Použitou výbušinou byla litá směs TNT/HMX v hmotnostním poměru 40/60. eng Performance of 3D printed shaped-charge liners The development of additive manufacturing has led to a point where it is possible to 3D print objects from a wide variety of materials. Some of those materials include PLA plastic filament filled with metallic powders, such as copper, steel, and bronze. The printed object weighs more, and if polished it can look as if it was made entirely from metal. The commercial availability of 3D printing makes it easy to use it for prototyping of improvised components capable of enhancing the effects of explosives. This work is about the performance of liners for shaped charges made by 3D printing with copper filled filament. Two geometries were studied, both in two different diameters and tested at two different stand-off distances from the target. The explosive used was a cast mixture of TNT/HMX in 40/60 weight percent.
