In vitro test na lidských leukemických buňkách MOLT-4 ukázal, že substituce v π-ligandu v kombinaci s vhodným N,N-chelatačním ligandem může vést k druhům s cytotoxicitou podstatně vyšší, než bylo popsáno u cisplatiny. Neobvykle vysoká aktivita byla pozorována u sloučenin nesoucích fenantrolinové ligandy [{& 5-C9H6(CH2)2OMe}Mo(CO)2(3,4,7,8-Me4fen)][BF4] (IC50=0,7 & PLUSMN; 0,3 & uM) a [{< 5-C9H6(CH2)2OMe}Mo(CO)2(4,7-Ph2fen)][BF4] (hodnoty IC50 0,8 & PLUSMN; 0,4 & uM). Série cyklopentadienylových a indenylmolybdenových sloučenin nesoucích N,N-chelatační ligandy byla syntetizována a charakterizována analytickými metodami včetně rentgenové krystalografie. U derivátů nesoucích etherové a thioetherové ligandy byla pozorována značně zvýšená cytotoxicita vůči buňkám T-lymfocytární leukémie MOLT-4. Druhy nesoucí fenantrolinové ligandy 3,4,7,8-Me4phen a 4,7-Ph2phen vykazují aktivitu více než 20krát silnější než cisplatina.	cyklopentadienyl; cytotoxicita; indenyl; molybden; MOLT-4
eng	Cyclopentadienyl Molybdenum(II) Compounds Bearing Ether and Thioether Functions in the Side Chain: Synthesis, Characterization, and Cytotoxic/Cytostatic Studies	A series of molybdenum(II) compounds [(& eta;5-Cp')Mo(CO)2(L2)][BF4] (Cp'=C5H4(CH2)2SPh, C9H6(CH2)2OMe, L2=N,N-chelating ligand) have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic and analytical methods including X-ray crystallography. The in vitro assay on human leukemia cells MOLT-4 has shown that the substitution in the & pi;-ligand in combination with suitable N,N-chelating ligand can lead to species with cytotoxicity considerably higher than reported to cisplatin. Unusually high activity was observed for compounds bearing phenanthroline ligands [{& eta;5-C9H6(CH2)2OMe}Mo(CO)2(3,4,7,8-Me4phen)][BF4] (IC50=0.7 & PLUSMN;0.3 & mu;M) and [{& eta;5-C9H6(CH2)2OMe}Mo(CO)2(4,7-Ph2phen)][BF4] (IC50 values 0.8 & PLUSMN;0.4 & mu;M). A series of cyclopentadienyl and indenyl molybdenum(II) compounds bearing N,N-chelating ligands has been synthesized and characterized by analytical methods including X-ray crystallography. Considerably enhanced cytotoxicity toward T-lymphocytic leukemia cells MOLT-4 was observed for derivatives bearing ether and thioether ligands.
