eng Investigation of Burdock Tea: Spectroscopic and Electrochemical Study Burdock root aqueous extract exhibit variability in color development over time. Spectrophotometric and electrochemical characterization of these changes in burdock root aqueous extracts root in distilled water, very hard water, phosphate buffers pH 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, and in Britton Robinson buffer pH 8.0 were examined. Furthermore, the effects of EDTA and inorganic ions in the burdock root aqueous extracts were investigated.
