cze Vliv podmínek přípravy tetrazenu na jeho práškové charakteristiky Byl studován vliv podmínek přípravy tetrazenu na jeho zpracování a citlivost. V průmyslové technologii se tetrazen připravuje reakcí síranu nebo hydrogenuhličitanu aminoguanidinu s dusitanem sodným za slabě kyselých podmínek. Byl studován vliv změny výchozího aminoguanidinu, koncentrace reaktantů a teploty reakční směsi na práškové charakteristiky připraveného tetrazenu. Použité soli aminoguanidinu byly vybrány na základě jejich potenciální použitelnosti v průmyslové technologii, a to síran, chlorid, dusičnan a soli připravené in situ uhličitanem, jako je acetát, citrát, methanesulfonát a fosforečnan. eng Effect of tetrazene preparation conditions on its powder characteristics The effect of tetrazene preparation conditions on its processing and sensitivity characteristics were studied. In industrial technology, tetrazene is prepared by reacting aminoguanidine sulphate or bicarbonate with sodium nitrite under weakly acidic conditions. The effect of changing the aminoguanidine starting material, reactant concentration and temperature of the reaction mixture on the powder characteristics of the prepared tetrazene was studied. The salts of aminoguanidine used were selected on the basis of their potential applicability in industrial technology, namely sulfate, chloride, nitrate and in situ carbonate-prepared salts such as acetate, citrate, methanesulfonate and phosphate.
