cze Voltametrické stanovení DMI-fungicidu metconazolu s využitím BDDE Metconazole is a triazole fungicide originally developed in Japan against Black Sigatoka disease (Mycosphaerella fijiensis) in bananas. Metconazole is currently registered in 40 countries and is used to control a wide range of fungal diseases of cereals. The main effect of metconazole is inhibition of ergosterol biosynthesis. Determination of MCZ was performed by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using a boron-doped diamond electrode (BDDE). The developed method is suitable for the analysis of very low concentrations of metconazole, the LOQ value being 0.116 µmol L-1.
