cze Tepelné studie atraktivních nitraminových/polyanilinových kompozitních krystalů připravených koaglomerací Koaglomerované mikrokrystaly (CAC) atraktivních nitraminů (NA) RDX, HMX, BCHMX a CL20, potažené elektricky vodivým polyanilinem (PANi), byly připraveny koaglomerační metodou, při níž PANi vytváří komplex s přenosem náboje s těmito polynitro sloučeninami. Na základě studie termické analýzy byly zjištěny aktivační energie těchto látek. rozkladných procesů čistého a modifikovaného NA/PANi stanoveny pomocí Kissingerovy metody a jsou diskutovány tepelné rozkladné procesy. S výjimkou RDX/PANi CACs vykazují všechny ostatní CACs vyšší aktivační energie pro rozklad ve srovnání s jejich čistými NAs protějšky. Vztahy mezi aktivačními energiemi tepelného rozkladu na jedné straně a čtverci detonačních rychlostí, entalpiemi vzniku a citlivostmi na náraz studovaných kompozitů na straně druhé jsou následně specifikovány. Popsány jsou rovněž vztahy mezi nízkoteplotním teplem rozkladu z DSC studovaných kompozitů a jejich entalpiemi vzniku, jakož i teplotami rozkladu z DSC a citlivosti na náraz. Na základě získaných výsledků byla zjištěna výjimečná desenzitizace BCHMX potažením jeho krystalů polyanilinem, což je také diskutováno. koaglomerace; citlivost na náraz; nitraminy; polyanilin; tepelný rozklad
eng Thermal studies of attractive nitramines/polyaniline composite crystals prepared via co-agglomeration Co-agglomerated microcrystals(CACs) of attractive nitramines (NAs) RDX, HMX, BCHMX and CL20 coated with electrically conductive polyaniline (PANi) were prepared using Co agglomeration method, in which PANi forms a charge transfer complex with these polynitro compounds. Based on the thermal analysis study, the activation energies of the decomposition processes of pure and modified PANi-NAs are determined using the Kissinger method, and thermal decomposition processes are discussed. Except for RDX/PANi CACs, all other CACs show higher activation energies for decomposition compared to their pure NAs counterparts. The relations between the activation energies of thermal decomposition, on the one hand, and the squares of the detonation velocities, enthalpies of formation and impact sensitivities of the studied EMs, on the other hand, are specified. Also described are the relationships between the low-temperature heat of decomposition from DSC of the studied EMs and their enthalpy of formation as well as impact sensitivity. Based on the obtained results, the exceptional desensitization of BCHMX by coating its crystals with polyaniline is pointed out which is also discussed . coagglomeration; impact sensitivity; nitramines; polyaniline; thermal decomposition
