cze	Praktické aplikace iQ detektoru	The coupling of liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry is a routine technique with the benefits of unequivocal identification of sample components and better quantification (higher linear dynamic range, lower detection limits, and higher accuracy) compared to spectrophotometric detection. In the present contribution, the simple and user-friendly instrumentation will be reviewed on several analytical applications, including the determination of acetaminophen oxidation metabolites, glutathione related metabolites, and analysis of naturally occurring antioxidant compounds in various food matrices.
