cze Vzdělávání a výcvik pro výbušinářské odborníky v České republice Příspěvek popíše situaci v oboru výbušin v České republice: legislativní prostředí, instituce poskytující vzdělávání a výcvik, požadované způsobilosti pracovníků. Vyučování v oboru spadá do působnosti zákona 61/1998 o hornictví, výbušinách a státní báňské administrativě. V oboru výroby a civilního používání výbušin je nejvyšší autoritou v Česku Český báňský úřad, který specifikuje vzdělání nezbytné pro provádění trhacích prací a pro činnosti spojené s báňskými trhacími pracemi. Výroba a/nebo aplikace výbušin jsou součástí výuky na Univerzitě Pardubice, Ústavu energetických materiálů, a na Technické univerzitě Ostrava, Fakulta hornictví a geologie. V průmyslu je dalším výcvikovým střediskem Odborný institut speciálních technik v Poličce. Tento institut poskytuje profesní výcvik zaměstnanců činných ve výrobě a zpracování výbušin a pyrotechniky, ohňostrůjců, střelmistrů a hasičů. Policejní a armádní složky České republiky mají svá vlastní výcviková střediska která nenáleží do působnosti Českého báňského úřadu. výuka; výcvik; výbušiny
eng Education and Training for Explosives Specialists in the Czech Republic Paper will describe situation in the field of explosives in the Czech Republic: legislative environment, institutions providing the education and training, required competencies of workers. The teaching in the field comes under the competence of Law No. 61/1998 on mining, explosives and state mining administration. In the area of production and civilian application of explosives, the highest authority in the Czech Republic is the Czech Bureau of Mining, which specifies the education necessary for performing blasting jobs and for the activities connected with mining blasting jobs. Production and/or application of explosives are parts of teaching at the University of Pardubice, Institute of Energetic Materials, and at the Ostrava Technical University, Faculty of Mining and Geology. In the area of industry, another training centre is the Vocational Institute of Special Techniques established at the Engineering Plants at Polička. This institute provides vocational training of workers active in production and processing of explosives and pyrotechnics, of firework manipulators, blasters and fire fighters. Police and army bodies of the Czech Republic have their own training centres that do not come under the competence of the Czech Bureau of Mining. teaching; training; explosives
