eng	Detection of aflatoxigenic fungi in feed using the PCR method	The possibility of using the PCR method to speed up and specify the proof of the presence of aflatoxinogenic fungi isolated from feed was examined. The PCR method, applied to two genes encoding biosynthesis of aflatoxins (apa-2 a ver-1), was optimized on two collection cultures (A. flavus CCM F-108 a A. parasiticus CCM F-550). The specificity of the optimized PCR method was proved on collection cultures of different kinds of fungi.The obtain results almost always agreed with the results of conventional identificationon AFPA medium.	aflatoxigenic fungi, PCR
