V této práci se zabýváme příbuznýi ligandyse skeletem na bázi imidazolinu s annulovaným cyklohexanovým kruhem a heteroaromáty v poloze 2. Syntéza vychází z příslušného heteroaromatického nitrilu, jeho převedením na imidoester a kondenzaci s 1S,2S- nebo 1R,2R-cyclohexanediaminy za vzniku 11 derivátů. Všechny připravené ligandy byly charakterizovány pomocí 1H-, 13C-NMR, MS, a elementární analýzou a některé rovněž pomocí X-ray analýzou. imidazolin; ligand; cyklohexandiamin
eng Imidazoline-Derived Enantiopure Nitrogen Ligands: Synthesis, Characterization and Application. Recently, we have reported on several imidazole-based ligands prepared from amino acids and their application in asymmetric version of the Henry reaction or aldol condensation. Moving from the imidazole skeleton to the closely related imidazolines, we report here a synthesis, characterization and preliminary application of the hexahydro-1H-benzo[d]imidazoles substituted with an additional (hetero)ring at position 2. Our synthesis of the target compounds starts from the nitrile, corresponding with a (hetero)substituent attached at position 2, its transformation into an imidoester using methanolate or classical Pinner?s methode employing methanol/HCl(g) system and finally follows a condensation with either 1S,2S- or 1R,2R-cyclohexanediamines in methanol. Following this reaction sequence we have successfully synthesized 11 derivatives shown on Scheme 1. All the new ligands were fully characterized by 1H-, 13C-NMR, MS, and elemental analysis and some of them also by X-ray analysis. Further N-modification of the imidazolines prepared and subsequent application of such synthesized ligands as catalysts in the chosen asymmetric reactions is currently in progress in our laboratory. imidazoline; ligand; cyklohexandiamine
