Affinity chromatography methods, development and preparation of specific
bioaffinity and enzyme reactors. Application of bioactive reactors in the study of proteins and/or
glycoproteins. Standardization and characterization of newly developed magnetic micro/nanoparticles
for preparation of bioactive reactors. Utilization of these reactors as integral part of microfluidic
analyzers. Separative and analytical techniques as liquid low-pressure chromatography (ion-exchange
chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, affinity chromatography), SDS-PAGE, isoelectric
focusing, 2D-electrophoresis, western-blotting with immunochemical detection. Serological and
immunochemical investigative methods, immunoassays. Development and preparation of new
analytical methods based on formation of biospecific complex aimed at detection of clinically
signifiant analytes with required sensitivity and specificity.
