The project covers the field of organic chemistry and the area of consequential organic technologies. Scientific-research activities of the project are oriented on fundamental and applied research. The proposal includes and fixes the following current topics ? targeted synthesis of new organic compounds in order to study the mechanisms of their reactions, their use as novel catalysts, biologically active substances, new pigments and colorants, compounds and materials defined physical properties, which are intended for research and development of new technology of organic substances and explosives with a view to their safe use. The main strategy of the project is based on the synthesis and characterization of multifunctional organic compounds as model, as well as compounds with specific functional properties. In the research of present experimental techniques will be applied to basic and applied research such as NMR, X-RAY, optical and electron microscopy, particle size measurement and other specialized methods and measurement of properties of organic compounds and materials.
