Laboratory course C513 - Laboratory of Food Analysis belongs to the fundamental subjects within the bachelor study program B2901 - Chemistry and Technology of Foodstuffs of the study branch 2901R003 - Evaluation and Analysis of Foodstuffs. In this case, the course is mandatory for the students of the 3rd year of the bachelor study with the average attendance approx. 25 students per year (mean of the last 5 years). Main aim of this course is introducing the students with the basic Methods resulting in the analysis of important food quality markers performed mainly in accordance with the standardised procedures. In this project there will be implemented a new laboratory task, that will contribute to providing comprehensive teaching and increasing the degree of practical student qualification.
