Description:
Experimentally verify the connection of traditional immunomagnetic separation technology with new technology of printing nanostructured surfaces with the principles of microfluidics. To develop a functional system for isolation and efficient concentration of virus particles from a liquid medium based on immunomagnetic separation. Develop a protocol for lysis of viral particles and quantitative extraction of vRNA for the subsequent amplification step of the PCR method. Universal system usable for isolation of virus particles both from biological material (blood, saliva, urine, buccal swab) and from work surfaces, instruments
