The presented project deals with the synthesis, characterization, study of reactivity and selected functional, resp. biological properties of organic compounds and materials formed from them. Specifically, it aims to preparation of new homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts, applicable especially in the synthesis of chiral drugs and highly functionalized organic compounds, the preparation of materials usable in optoelectronics and energy storage, dyeing industry and energetic materials. All objectives are also addressed with regard to aspects of sustainable development and safety.
