The research activities of the project of the Department of Analytical Chemistry are oriented towards basic and applied research. The project focuses on the development and application of methods and procedures for the analysis of organic and inorganic compounds using modern instrumental methods. The proposal includes and addresses current topics where special instrumentation allows the development of instrumental analytical methods for the processing of materials of diverse origin (biological and plant matrices, drugs, food, water, soil and air samples, etc.), not only with respect to the representation of common components, but also in terms of trace or toxicological analysis.
