Description:
The project aims to continue previous original research in the field of organic synthesis and transformation of new compounds with significant functional properties, such as their biological and catalytic activity or energetic properties. With regard to the composite structure of products usable in practice, the possibilities of incorporation of the prepared compounds into various forms of solid materials (immobilization onto a polymer or into a covalent organic frameworks, molecular imprinting in solid matrices, anti-corrosion coatings, etc.) or liquid materials (e.g. electrolytes) will also be studied for convertion and storage of different types of energy). A separate topic is the preparation of safe composite energetic materials (primary and secondary explosives, pyrotechnic components) and the formulation of safety protocols to prevent risks when working with them.
