Tato transformační reakce byla studována spektrofotometricky ve vodných roztocích pufrů v rozpětí pH 2 - 9 a v roztocích kyseliny chlorovodíkové za podmínek pseudoprvního řádu. Byl navržen mechanismus této transformační reakce.
eng	Preparation and study of transformation reaction of substituted N-aryl-S-2-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-yl isothiouronium salts	Substituted 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-phenylamino-1,3-thiazol-4(5H)-ones were prepared by the reaction of the substituted N-aryl thioureas with 2-bromobutyrolactone. This transformation reaction has been studied spectrophotometrically in aqueous buffer solutions in the pH range 2 − 9 and in solutions of hydrochloric acid under pseudo-first order conditions. The reaction mechanism has been proposed.
