eng Problem of Colour Reproduction on Shrink-sleeve Labels Shrink-sleeve labels are most often used for total covering of primary package with label. They are manufactured from PVC, PET and other plastic films, being modified during production process in the way that allow them to start shrinking at the temperature over 50 ºC and at the end of the process get the dimensions and form of a package. Labels could be printed using different printing techniques. PVC and PET labels printed on cross direction (axial) oriented molecular structure plastic film in offset printing technique, shrinked for 30 and 50 %, have been used during investigation. shrink-sleeve labels, absorption spectra, spectrophotometr, colour difference, light scattering
