eng Synthesis and characterization of pH sensitive conjugate of isoniazid - poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-lysine) The present work deals with synthesis and characterization of a new type of conjugate of INH with block copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(L-lysine) which is considered to be fully biocompatible, non-toxic and has been often used for drug delivery systems. The kinetics of acid-catalyzed (pH 2-7) hydrolysis of INH–PEG-b-PLL conjugate was studied under in vitro conditions by HPLC. The prepared conjugate represents promising transport systems of INH.
