cze	Doplňování obalů jako nástroj tvorby benefitů	Primárním smyslem a cílem budování hodnotových řetězců či sítí je dosažení vyšší efektivnosti podnikání v důsledku vytvoření takových užitků, které nejsou bez této spolupráce partnerů dosažitelné. Tyto benefity mohou vznikat při kooperativní realizaci různých podnikových činností a také v různých částech hodnotového řetězce, popř. sítě. Jednou z těchto činností je vytváření podoby obalů a způsobu řízení jejich hmotného toku. Je-li správně identifikována síť stakeholderů, kteří by se dané činnosti měli účastnit a je-li činnost prováděna tak, aby přispívala k tvorbě hodnoty nejen pro přímé zákazníky, ale pro zákazníky v celém řetězci, může dojít k vytváření nejen transakčních užitků, ale také užitků strategických. Příspěvek se zabývá zejména tím, jak by měla probíhat spolupráce mezi jednotlivými členy hodnotového řetězce, popř. sítě, aby se obalové hospodářství stalo nástrojem vytváření benefitů pro všechny členy sítě. eng	Packaging Replenishment as a Tool of Benefits Creation	The primary purpose and objective of building value chains or networks is to achieve greater business efficiency by creating such benefits that are not attainable without cooperation of the partners. These benefits may arise from cooperative implementation of various business activities and also in various parts of the value chain, or network. One of these activities is creating a packaging design and managing material flow of packages. If a network is correctly identified of stakeholders who would participate in the activity and if the activity is carried out so as to contribute to the creation of value not only for direct customers but for customers throughout the chain, not only the transaction benefits but also the strategic benefits may be created. This paper deals mainly with how cooperation should take place between members of the value chain, or network, so that packaging management becomes a tool to create benefits for all members of the network.
