Byl hledán vztah mezi fraktálními parametry a vlastnostmi jak nepotištěného papíru, tak papíru s různou tloušťkou vrstvy ofsetové tiskové barvy. Pro získání fraktálních parametrů z digitálních snímků povrchu nepotištěných i potištěných vzorků papíru byla využita metoda box counting. Pro každý vzorek byly z fraktálních spekter stanoveny čtyři fraktální parametry odvozené od fraktální dimenze. Výsledky ukázaly, že fraktální parametry jsou v souladu s vlastnostmi jednotlivých papírů a vrstev ofsetových tiskových barev. eng Characterization of printed offset ink layers on printing papers using fractal analysis The method of fractal analysis was applied to study different types of printing papers with respect to their offset printability and the relationship between paper properties and fractal characteristics of both non-printed and printed area. Fractal analysis of captured digital images of samples was done using a box counting method. For each sample, four fractal parameters derived from fractal dimensions were determined. Results show that fractal characteristics chosen reflect the properties of individual types of printing papers and corresponding printed offset ink layers.
