cze Fotoakustická charakterizace tištěného elektroluminiscenčního panelu Cílem této studie bylo rozšířit dosavadní výzkum využívající fotoakustická měření na vícevrstvé vzorky tištěného elektronického zařízení. Za tímto účelem byly sítotiskem vytvořeny vzorky elektroluminiscenčního zdroje na principu světlo emitujícího kondenzátoru, složené z až šesti vrstev (včetně flexibilního substrátu). Byly připraveny vzorky se čtyřmi kombinacemi tlouštěk luminiscenční a elektricky izolující vrstvy a zkoumány jak s ohledem na jejich funkci, tak na možnost fotoakustické charakterizace kompletního panelu i jednotlivých meziproduktů. Hodnocení funkce připravených elektroluminiscenčních panelů ukázalo, že jas i jeho homogenita v rámci aktivní plochy jsou významně ovlivněny tloušťkou aktivní vrstvy. Studie potvrdila, že všechny vzorky – od nepotištěného substrátu s vrstvou ITO přes vzorky s jednotlivými tištěnými funkčními vrstvami až po kompletní panely – jsou měřitelné prostřednictvím fotoakustiky využívající excitační zdroje s vlnovými délkami ve viditelné oblasti, s intenzitou modulovanou s frekvencí v rozsahu 10 Hz až 1 kHz. eng Photoacoustic Characterization of a Printed Electroluminescent Panel The aim of this study was to extend recent research employing the photoacoustic measurements to multilayer samples of a printed electronic device. For this purpose, samples of the electroluminescent source based on a light emitting capacitor, consisting of up to six layers (including flexible substrate), were produced by the screen-printing. The samples with four combinations of different luminescent and insulating layer thicknesses were prepared and examined both with respect to their performance and to the possibility of the photoacoustic characterization of the finished panel as well as of individual intermediate products. The examination of the functionality of prepared electroluminescent panels showed that both the luminance and its homogeneity within the active area are significantly influenced by the thickness of the active layer. The study proved that all samples, ranging from the unprinted substrate with ITO layer over the prints of individual functional layers to the complete panels, are measurable by means of the photoacoustics using excitation sources with visible wavelengths and with intensity modulation in the range between 10 Hz and 1 kHz. The capability of the photoacoustics to depth-profile the samples with varying multilayer structure was shown.
