cze Fotoakustické měření vodivých vrstev tištěných sítotiskem Hlavní parametry, které mohou ovlivnit výslednou kvalitu tištěných funkčních vrstev, jsou tloušťka a homogenita vrstvy. V současnosti může být pro hodnocení těchto parametrů použita řada metod. Nicméně s mnohými z nich jsou spojeny různé problémy a proto jsou hledány a vyvíjeny další způsoby měření. Tloušťka vrstvy může být stanovena mechanickými (nebo optickými) profilometry. Další přístup představují spektroskopické metody, např. UV-VIS nebo fotoakustika. Na pozitivní výsledky, získané při fotoakustickém měření funkčních vrstev nanášených pomocí spirály, nyní navázal další experiment s cílem potvrdit využitelnost fotoakustiky pro hodnocení tloušťky vrstvy, při němž byly využity sítotiskem tištěné vrstvy – a to jednak vrstvy průhledného vodivého polymeru založeného na PEDOT:PSS, jednak vrstvy vodivé kompozitní pasty s částicemi stříbra. Jako substrát byla použita flexibilní polymerní fólie. Článek diskutuje fotoakustické měření rozdílných funkčních materiálů, reprezentovaných dvěma komerčními vodivými disperzemi PEDOT:PSS (Clevios S V3 a Orgacon EL-P 3040) a vodivou stříbrnou pastou CI-1001 (všechny materiály jsou určeny pro sítotisk). Rovněž jsou vzájemně porovnány obě vodivé disperze založené na PEDOT:PSS. vodivé polymery, sítotisk, fotoakustika, PEDOT:PSS
eng Photoacoustic Measurement of Screen-Printed Conductive Layers The main parameters, which may influence the resulting quality of the printed functional layers, are the thickness and the layer homogeneity. For evaluation of these parameters, currently, different methods can be used. However some of these methods may have various drawbacks and therefore new methods are still being searched and developed. The layer thickness can be determined by mechanical (or optical) profilometers. Another approach is represented by using the spectroscopic methods, e.g. UV-VIS or the photoacoustics. After some promising results have been received during the first photoacoustic measurements of spiral coated functional layers, further measurements have been carried out to prove the capability of this method for the evaluation of layer thickness with the screen printed transparent PEDOT:PSS based conductive polymer layers and also silver based conductive composite inks. As the substrate material, flexible polymer foil was used. This paper discusses the progress in photoacoustic measurements of different functional materials, represented by two commercially available conductive screen-printable dispersions of PEDOT:PSS (Clevios S V3 and Orgacon EL-P 3040) and conductive silver ink CI-1001.
