cze Zvyšování výkonnosti hodnotové sítě prostřednictvím rozvoje spolupráce podniků s distribučními mezičlánky Systematickým budováním hodnotové sítě a rozvojem spolupráce mezi jednotlivými členy lze významným způsobem zvýšit její úspěšnost. Je však třeba, aby existoval subjekt, který se aktivně věnuje budování funkční hodnotové sítě a má k této činnosti rovněž dostatečnou pozici a nástroje. Protože obecně existuje lepší příležitost pro rozvoj spolupráce v řetězcích a sítích, kde jeden vlastník ovládá několik subjektů, mají v této oblasti lepší příležitosti podniky metalurgického a chemického průmyslu, kde existuje tradičně vysoká vlastnická provázanost. Článek uvádí výsledky primárních kvalitativních výzkumů realizovaných v podnicích chemického průmyslu. Uvádí současnou podobu a způsob spolupráce těchto podniků s dalšími subjekty dané hodnotové sítě. Analyzuje oblasti a míru těsnosti spolupráce v těchto sítích. Je diskutována možnost dalšího zlepšení činnosti hodnotových sítí v důsledku posílení koordinující funkce subjektu, který je vlastníkem významného počtu jednotlivých článků hodnotové sítě. eng Increasing the Value Network Performance by Developing Cooperation of Companies with Distribution Intermediaries In recent years, the idea has been increasingly promoted that improving the performance of value networks can help to develop cooperation between its individual entities, which also include distribution intermediaries. However, the real shift in the performance of not only the immediate collaborators as selected articles of the value network, but the entire value network, occurs if the individual suppliers systematically collaborate with all stakeholders of the value network (i.e. with the immediate suppliers and customers as well) in order to find the most appropriate way of meeting the wishes, needs and requirements of the related articles in the value network. The article focuses on the development of relations between the contractor and distribution intermediaries that are part of the value network. It deals with activities in which to develop cooperation and how to do it so that the distribution intermediaries become satisfied customers and co-workers in creating the value for other customers and, as a result, the performance of individual subjects as well as the entire value network increase.
