cze Cena jako faktor posilování vztahů - porovnání pohledu dodavatele a odběratele Charakteristickým rysem současných vztahů mezi obchodními partnery na B2B trzích je snaha o budování a posilování vzájemných vztahů. Ty může posílit kterýkoliv aspekt nabídky a vzájemných kontaktů, který zvyšuje zákazníkem vnímanou hodnotu. Pro dodavatele je proto nesmírně cenné vědět, které parametry nabídky a další faktory jsou pro zákazníky důležité a jak jsou v těchto oblastech hodnoceni. Názory manažerů dodavatelských podniků na prospěšnost prvků nabídky se totiž mohou významně lišit od vnímání jejich důležitosti zákazníky. Proto byl proveden výzkum, zaměřený na hodnocení důležitosti a skutečné úrovně jednotlivých prvků nabídky, služeb a dalších nástrojů pro posilování vztahů se zákazníky z pohledu manažerů podniků dodavatele. Následně byl proveden obdobný výzkum mezi zákazníky dodavatele. Z porovnání názorů manažerů dodavatele a jeho zákazníků vyplynulo, že největší rozdíly v hodnocení důležitosti a vnímané skutečné úrovně jednotlivých aspektů nabídky a služeb byly zjištěny v oblasti vnímání cen. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že jak dodavatel, tak zákazník považují všechny aspekty ceny za velmi prospěšné pro posilování vzájemných vztahů, shodnou se i tom, že nejdůležitější jsou podle jejich názoru cenová dostupnost ve srovnání s konkurencí a diferenciace cen podle objemu nákupů. Významné rozdíly jsou však ve vnímání skutečné úrovně cen. I když ceny nejsou a nemohou být jediným faktorem, který rozhoduje o volbě dodavatele a výběru partnerů pro budování dlouhodobých vztahů, jsou, v současném vysoce globalizovaném a komoditizovaném obchodním světě a při tlaku na náklady, jedním z nejvýznamnějších kritérií při volbě dodavatele. Studie potvrzuje, že vnímání zákazníka nemusí být shodné s hodnocením dodavatele. Dodavateli ukazuje, že ceny a jejich diferenciace v závislosti na objemu nákupů a dalších parametrech mají velký potenciál pro posilování vzájemných vztahů a zajištění vlastní prosperity. eng Price as a factor strengthening the relationships – comparison of supplier's and customer's points of view Solvent, repeatedly buying customers guarantee a long-term stability and prosperity of companies in a turbulent market environment. A characteristic feature of the present relationships between business partners is therefore an effort to build and strengthen mutual relationships. They can be strengthened by any aspect of the offer and mutual contacts that increases the customer-perceived value. It is therefore extremely valuable for the supplier to know which supply parameters and other factors are important to customers and how they are assessed in these areas. As a matter of fact, opinions of managers of supply businesses on the benefits of the supply elements may differ significantly from their importance as perceived by customers. Therefore, a research was conducted aimed at evaluating the importance and the actual level of each element of the supply, services and other tools for strengthening customer relationships from the perspective of managers of supplier enterprises. Thereafter, a similar research was conducted among customers of the supplier. A comparison of the views of the supplier's managers and customers revealed that the greatest differences in evaluation of the importance and the perceived actual level of the individual aspects of supply and services were found in the perception of prices. The research results show that both the supplier and the customer consider aspects of the price to be beneficial for strengthening relations. Significant differences, however, are in the perception of the actual price level. While the supplier assesses the affordability and price differentiation degree as high or rather high, the customer perceives the same parameters as rather low and as insufficient for strengthening the relationship.
