eng	Implementation of blotting techniques for detection of biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease	This thesis deals with implementation of blotting techniques (Dot-Blot, 1-D and 2-D Western Blot) and isoelectric focusing with blotting technique and immunochemical detection of biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) - Aβ peptides and total tau protein. This thesis includes optimalization of procedures of each method and their combination with different detection systems (colorimetry, chemiluminescence). These detection systems are compared for each method by sensitivity. Finally the chemiluminiscence as the detection with highest sensitivity is used for detection of biomarkers of AD separated from biologic sample (CSF) by 2-D electrophoresis.
