cze Výkonnost podniku z hlediska zákazníků v kontextu výkonnosti podniku Současné změny v tržním prostředí ovlivňují významným způsobem chování podniků. Musí se stát moderními, energeticky nenáročnými subjekty, musí efektivně hospodařit se surovinami, rozvíjet a maximálně využívat potenciál svých zaměstnanců, vytvářet pevné a přátelské vztahy se svými obchodními a ostatními partnery, být inovativní, dokázat včas reagovat na rychle se měnící trendy, být šetrné k svému okolí a životnímu prostředí a především být vstřícné k potřebám a přáním svých zákazníků a snažit se o jejich maximální uspokojení, udržení a zvyšování jejich loajality. Řízení výkonnosti na základě analýzy finančních výsledků je proto dnes již nedostačující. Současné přístupy zdůrazňují komplexní, strategické pojetí výkonnosti, typické nejen zaměřením na výsledky, ale také na průběh procesů. Vyžadují zkoumat budoucí faktory úspěchu a rizika a jejich vzájemné vazby, zdůrazňují nezbytnost propojování jednotlivých složek výkonnosti a v neposlední řadě zajištění zpětné vazby. Významnou součástí systému měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku musí proto být sledování výkonnosti podniku z pohledu zákazníků. Tato součást systému sledování výkonnosti poskytuje podniku informace o vnímání jednotlivých složek zákazníkům poskytované hodnoty a umožňuje tedy manažerům rychle a efektivně reagovat na jejich potřeby a přání, posilovat vztahy se zákazníky a zvyšovat jejich loajalitu. Článek se zabývá vymezením výkonnosti z pohledu zákazníků v kontextu výkonnosti podniku a základními přístupy k jejímu měření a řízení. eng The Company Performance from the Point of View of the Customers in the Context of the Company Performance The current changes in the market environment have a significant influence on the companies’ behaviour. That is why performance management on the basis of an analysis of financial results is no longer sufficient. The present approaches put stress on a complex, strategic concept of performance, whose typical feature is not only that they are results oriented, but also that they are process oriented. They require investigating the future success and risk factors and their mutual relations, they emphasize the necessity of interconnecting individual components of performance and, last but not least, ensuring feedback. That is why monitoring the company performance from the point of view of the customers must be an important part of the performance measurement and management system. This performance monitoring system part provides the company with information about perception of individual components of the value given to the customers, and so it makes it possible for the managers to react to their needs and wishes quickly and effectively, strengthen the customer relations, and increase the customers’ loyalty. The paper aims to define performance from the point of view of customers in the context of the company performance and the basic approaches to its measurement and management.
