eng	What Can We Smell From Wood?	This study is focused on the comparison of aromatic composition of various trees or wooden parts of the trees, respectively, which are typical in the Central Europe. As is known, every tree smells differently. Therefore, the main goal of the present research has been extraction of volatile compounds from wood, in the form of wooden sawdust. For the evaluation, ten different trees have been observed and investigated. The sawdust of such trees has been purchased from local company dealing with wood elaboration.
