These compounds were tested as potential inhibitory agent for AChE and BChE by Ellman method. It was found out, that all of these carbamates are better inhibitors of AChE and BChE than commercial Rivastigmin. Furthemore, the carbamates were tested for cytotoxicity and partition coefficients Pow were determined.
