V tomto kontextu byly studovány různé přístupy vhodné pro přípravu propargylalkoholového spojení. Labilita a značná nečinnost Coreyova laktonu se ukázaly být překážkou naší studie. V této souvislosti bylo studováno použití vysoce reaktivních Grignardových činidel a byla získána požadovaná molekula.
eng	Synthesis and stereoselective study of alfaprostol omega chain	A new synthetic approach for the synthesis of alfaprostol omega-chain using Corey lactone and 3-cyclohexylpropanal as starting material was developed. In this context different approaches suitable to provide propargyl alcohol connection were studied. The lability and considerable inactivity of Corey lactone have proved to be an obstacle to our study. In this context the use of high reactive Grignard reagents has been studied and allowed to obtain desired molecule.	alfaprostol; Corey lactone
