Tato studie byla zaměřena na vyhodnocení vztahu mezi profilem mastných kyselin erytrocytových membrán a markery zánětu, oxidačního stresu a metabolismu lipidů po PCI. U pacientů s pokročilým onemocněním koronárních arterií, kteří podstoupili PCI před a po 24 hodinách po implantaci stentu s elucí léčiva, byla určena plazmatická koncentrace vysoce citlivého C-reaktivního proteinu, malondialdehydu, HDL-cholesterolu, LDL-cholesterolu a triacylglycerolů a dále profil mastných kyselin membrán erytrocytů . Pomocí kanonické korelační analýzy byl nalezen vztah procentního množství vybraných mastných kyselin v membránách erytrocytů a pěti markerů. Studované markery zahrnovaly zvýšení C-reaktivního proteinu a malondialdehydu 24 hodin po implantaci koronárního stentu a koncentrace triacylglycerolů, LDL cholesterolu a HDL cholesterolu v plazmě. Silný negativní vztah k pěti vybraným markerům byl nalezen u n-3 polynenasycených mastných kyselin, zejména kyseliny α-linolenové a kyseliny eikosapentaenové. Naproti tomu mastné kyseliny v nejpříznivější korelaci s pěti markery byly kyseliny arachidonová, lignocerová, stearidonová, palmitová a trans-vaccenová. U vybraných markerů byl marker zánětlivého C-reaktivního proteinu v nejsilnějším vztahu ke všem vybraným mastným kyselinám. eng	The canonical correlation of biomarkers in relation to the concentration of 37 fatty acids of erythrocyte membranes after coronary stent implantation	The treatment of significant stenosis of coronary arteries by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with stent implantation elicits an inflammatory response. This study was aimed at evaluating the relationship between the fatty acid profile of erythrocyte membranes and markers of inflammation, oxidative stress and lipid metabolism after PCI. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein, malondialdehyde, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triacylglycerols and the erythrocyte fatty acid profiles were determined in patients with advanced coronary artery disease undergoing PCI before and 24 hours after drug-eluting stent implantation (n = 45). Using a canonical correlation analysis the relationship of the percentage amount of chosen fatty acids in erythrocyte membranes and the five markers was found. Studied markers included an increase in C-reactive protein and malondialdehyde 24 hours after coronary stent implantation, and the concentration of the triacylglycerols, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol in the plasma. A strong negative relationship to the five selected markers was found with the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially α-linolenic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid. On the contrary, fatty acids in the most positive correlation with the five markers were arachidonic, lignoceric, stearidonic, palmitic and trans-vaccenic acids.
