eng Chemical Interactions in Solid State: Changes in Behaviour of Matrix Tablets Due to the Chemical Interactions of Individual Components The main part of this study was focused on the comparison of the physical binary mixtures of SA and Kollidon® SR with compressed mixtures of the same components. The binary mixtures of SA and Kollidon® SR (physical, compressed) were prepared in different ratios. Based on the results from differential scanning calorimetry, we identified the ratio where the interaction was observed the most. The type of interaction was estimated by spectral methods. The same type of interactions as in the compressed binary mixtures was observed also in tablets. chemical interaction; matrix tablet; Kollidon
