SFE byla použita v následujících režimech - statický, dynamický a statický s modifikátorem a získané extrakty byly analyzovány plynovou chromatografií s hmotnostní detekcí. Všechny typy extraktů byly vzájemně porovnány. Kokosové extrakty byly bohaté na skupinu laktonů, které přispívají k charakteristickému kokosovému aroma. Po statické extrakci s modifikátorem a dynamické extrakci tvořily estery hlavní část celkového relativního zastoupení, a to 87,80 %, resp. 61,56 %. Myristicin byl dominantní složkou (48,50 %) extraktu z muškátového oříšku, dalšími významnými složkami byly fenylpropanoidy, monoterpeny a monoterpenoidy. Výsledky analýzy extraktů betelových ořechů ukázaly, že byly bohaté především na mastné kyseliny, které tvořily asi 70 % z celkového relativního zastoupení skupin látek. Myristicin byl hlavní složkou (52,56 %) také extraktu z lískových ořechů, kromě toho byly extrakty bohaté také na mastné kyseliny. eng	Analysis of volatile flavour compounds in different types of nuts using supercritical fluid extraction	The work is focused on supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of different types of nuts (coconut, nutmeg, betel nut, hazelnut, brazil nut, pecan nut). SFE was used in the following modes - static, dynamic and static with modifier and obtained extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. All types of extracts were compared with each other. The coconut extracts were rich in a group of lactones that contributes characteristic coconut aroma. After static extraction with modifier and dynamic extraction, esters constituted major part of the total relative abundance of the substance groups, namely 87,80 % and 61,56 %, respectively. Myristicin was the dominant component of nutmeg extract. After static extraction, it accounted for 48,50 % of the total relative abundance of the substance groups. Phenylpropanoids, monoterpenes and monoterpenoids also constituted a large proportion of nutmeg extract. The results of the analysis of betel nut extracts showed that they were mainly rich in fatty acids, which accounted for about 70 % of the total relative abundance of the substance groups. Myristicin was the major constituent of hazelnut extract after static extraction and accounted for 52,56 %. Furthermore, the extracts were rich in the fatty acid groups. Pecan extracts were characterized by the presence of fatty acids. Very few substances were identified in extract of brazil nut after performing all 3 modes of SFE. The Brazil nut extracts were mainly composed of fatty acids.
